Realm Connect
Our church has moved to a church management system called Realm. It primarily serves the administrative needs of our staff, but it also offers exciting opportunities to support the way you are involved in our church! Realm will make it easier for our church family to connect with each other, keep up with what’s going on, and grow as a connected community.
All church members get a unique profile. Your profile contains everything you want people in our church to know about you. Your profile also enables you to join a small group, RSVP to events, track your giving, update your contact information, change family details, set notification preferences, and upload a family photo. By keeping your information current, you are helping our staff, group leaders, and our church
community

What is Realm? Realm is a real ministry tool.
Realm is a secure, online ministry tool designed for real time connection. Realm allows you to manage your personal information and who is allowed to see it, control your giving, and keep in touch with the groups that matter to you. Realm has many features that include:

Being the church doesn’t just happen at the church. Realm helps us serve you better and leads this church well between Sundays. Everyone can be connected from anywhere at any time, right from our mobile devices. It engages everyone in the life of our church by supporting the healthy relationships essential to our church’s mission. We’ll stay organized, and you’ll stay informed about all of the opportunities for fellowship. When we share life together, we will grow together.
What about my privacy? Realm is safe, private, and secure.
Your privacy is one of our greatest concerns. Realm is only made up of the people in our church, it’s not like a social network that’s open to everyone. Realm keeps your data safe and gives you control over what information you share and who can see it.
What about giving? Realm gives you control over your giving.
Giving should be easy, and Realm places giving right in the palm of your hands. You may set up recurring gifts, view your giving history, and make changes at any time. Realm automatically records all electronic gifts and adds them to your giving record making it easy for you to give, and easy for our bookkeeper to track.
How do I start? Follow a few simple steps.
All church members with an email address on file will receive an email invitation to join Realm. To ensure email deliverability, check your spam folder, and add notifications@onrealmmail.org to your address book/contacts list. If you have any questions, contact the Church Administrator.
Realm FAQ
How do I update my information and edit my privacy settings?
Using a computer or internet browser:
- Log into Realm.
- Click your name at the top right-hand corner.
- Select “My Account.”
- Update any info needed.
- Click on your name again and then click “Privacy.”
- Change your permission to “Anyone in the church.”
Using the app:
- Choose “Profile” menu at the bottom of the scree.
- Next to your email, tap the pencil to edit. Include your email in the church directory by choosing “Anyone in the church” under “Who can see this?”
- Repeat with your phone and address.
How do I access the church directory?
Realm is our new online directory. The directory only works if everyone logs on, updates their contact information, and opts-in to the directory by updating their privacy to “Anyone in the church”. If you do not opt-in, your information will not be visible to other church members.
Once you log into Realm, click “Directory” on the left-hand option menu. There you will find the contact information of all those who have logged in and opted-in by updating their privacy settings.
Do I have to participate in the online church directory?
You are in control of your privacy settings and may decide what information you wish to share. We suggest that you share your contact information as you would in a printed directory. Please note that church staff will see your contact information.
Can I request a Realm account?
Yes! All church members with an email address on file will receive an email invitation to join Realm. Contact the Church Administrator with questions or if you have not received the email invite.
Alternatively, church members may visit onrealm.org/spres and click “Sign Up.” Enter the information requested and click “continue.” Our staff will receive a notification that you’ve requested to join Realm. Once approved, you will be able to access your profile, giving, and other features of Realm.
